Workout classes are a great way to achieve your health and fitness goals – complement your existing workout programme with a technique class or choose from a selection of classes to help you lose weight, tone up or simply feel great.
Our specialist workout studios are home to our team of fitness professionals delivering course and classes including Body Combat, Body Pump, Body Balance, Spinnin and many more, so there is always a class to suit you.
Express classes are all 45 minute classes for those of you on the go. See the individual class descriptions for more information on each class. A Body Pump Express classes does not have a Tricep or Bicep track. A Body Attack Express class excludes one aerobic track and also the leg and abdominal condition tracks.
Aqua FitA low impact effective aerobic workout using water as a support to improve cardiovascular fitness and muscle tone. Suitable for all levels.
Abs BlasterThere is no time for niceties. You have a 30 minutes workout dedicated to the abdominals, side oblique’s and lower back. This is the first step to achieving the ultimate flat stomach or six pack, helping you on your way to the beach body that you have always dreamed of.
Body AttackA simple high intensity group exercise to music class for all fitness levels. You will experience high energy sports training moves for cardiovascular fitness along with upper and lower body conditioning exercises. Body Attack is for everybody with moderate fitness and with simple moves not just for the well coordinated.
Body BalanceA dynamic yoga-based stretch programme combining the fundamental principles and practices of Yoga and Pilates to create a realistic workout that brings the body, mind and soul into a state of balance and harmony.
Core ControlCore strength is often forgotten in training but is important for injury prevention, athletic performance and posture. This class will test your core strength and improve the muscular endurance and tone of your whole body while learning how to use a variety of new equipment. Suitable for all levels.
CircuitsA combination class utilising exercise stations in a circuit to include cardiovascular, strength and endurance training. An ideal class for those who enjoy working at their own level without having to concentrate on choreography.

KettlerciseOne piece of equipment, one goal.
A non-stop routine that will work every single muscles in your body to ensure you melt away fat, tone up, improve core stabilitye and endurance too. It is a 3D workout incorporating cardiovascular training, weight training and core work. Kettlercise is particularly effective at toning the body- particularly the legs, bum, hips and stomach.
Legs, Bums & TumsA low impact workout concentrating on the mid to lower body muscles to tone & tighten those all-important areas. Studio equipment may be used to increase the intensity of the class.
Studio Cycling You don’t have to be a cyclist to enjoy the benefits of studio cycling. Each rider trains at their own level, working in a four week block, building on fitness and endurance.
