Adult Swimming Lessons

Age does not have to be a barrier if you want to learn to swim!

We understand that learning to swim can be a daunting task, that is why we have designed our ‘beginners’ lesson programme specifically for adults who are non-swimmers or lack water confidence.

We also cater for ‘intermediate’ level swimmers who are looking to improve their technique, skills and stamina.

All lessons are offered for small groups and our instructors will adapt the lessons to suit the individual needs within the groups.
