Active sessions are for those looking to use swimming for exercise purposes, or to improve fitness levels. Active sessions permit the use of training aids and equipment for the more serious swimmer.
Social sessions are for those looking to get enjoyment out of swimming. These sessions enable you to swim with others of similar ability and are a great way to meet like-minded swimmers.
Wellbeing sessions are for those looking to use swimming to improve overall health, fitness and wellbeing. A great way to exercise, tone and relieve stress.
Family sessions have been specifically designed for those with children. The Family sessions offer a calm and enjoyable atmosphere for young and old alike - the perfect family day out.

Lutterworth Sports Centre has a 25m swimming pool which is home to a number of different sessions. The keen swimmer will find lanes available in the Active sessions, or choose a Social or Wellbeing session for a more relaxing leisurely swim.
The pool also boasts a state of the art moving floor and boom. This provides the flexibility for the pool to reach a maximum depth of 3m, ideal for aqua aerobics or water polo.

The changing rooms at Lutterworth Swimming Pool lead directly onto the poolside at the Shallow end, the depth of the pool at this end is permanently 1.2 metres and slopes to 1.8 metres at the deep end. If you have young children or you are a non or weak swimmer please choose your session carefully as there are many sessions when the moving floor end is raised to levels that are suitable for you.
Children aged 4 - 7 must be supervised in the water by a responsible adult (i.e. over the age of 18 years) in the ratio 2:1. Children aged 0 - 3 must be supervised in the water by a responsible adult (i.e. over the age of 18 years) in the ratio 1:1 Parent & Toddler (raised floor end): Children aged 0 - 7 must be supervised in the water by a responsible adult (i.e. over the age of 18 years) in the ratio 2:1
Wave Rave pool discos are available every Friday night and Saturday afternoon . With fun and floats, these sessions are ideal for children aged 8-12 years.
Can’t swim? Swimming lessons are available for children from the age of 6 months and adults of all abilities.
