Bike Studio

Our brand NEW Bike Studio is now OPEN! We now offer over 50 cycling classes a week, in addition to our other exercise classes, including brand new LES MILLS Virtual RPM™!

Classes will include LES MILLS SPRINT™, RPM™ and Virtual Classes, plus our popular Indoor Cycling Classes!

LES MILLS SPRINT™

A 30 minute High-Intensity Interval Training (HIIT) workout, using an indoor bike to achieve fast results.

You’ll push through bursts of intensity where you work as hard as possible, and then prepare for the next effort during short periods of rest. The payoff is you will smash your fitness goals and burn calories for hours after stepping off the bike.

LES MILLS RPM™

With great music pumping and the group spinning as one, your instructor takes you on a journey of hill climbs, sprints and flat riding. In an RPM™ workout you repeatedly spin the pedals to reach your cardio peak then ease back down, keeping pace with the pack to lift your personal performance and boost your cardio fitness.

LES MILLS Virtual RPM™

Virtual RPM™ classes are played on the big screen, combining LES MILLS’ world-leading RPM™ programme with pumping sound and motivation from some of the hottest instructors on the planet.

Also, if you’ve never done a group fitness class LES MILLS Virtual RPM™ can be a great place to find your feet, allowing you to get familiar with the class and perfect your technique in your own space.

Indoor Cycling

An instructor-based freestyle workout on the bike. An effective motivating cardiovascular workout that involves no routines or co-ordination, which is suitable for all levels from beginner to the most advanced riders.
